Sabres lost in a shootout last night as Gretzky & the Coyotes came to town. Decent game, but they checked the shit out of us (strange to see a team lead by Gretzky pushing people around)

Just a day full of errands and then I get to come back to the office and work.

Not a whole lot going on today. Neighbor called me at 1:30 in the morning from his Oklahoma home a bit freaked out. Seems he was boning some hooker and the transformer outside his house exploded knocking the whole neighborhood into the dark.

I have some errands to run. Some work to do. May have an old friend coming into town tonight so if she does I'm going clubbing with her or something.

morning, well 3.24 midday here i am up since 5.30 this morning and started the day with a laugh (and that doesnt happen often the time i get awake), this eve most tv channels will have horror on , so i am planning a nice eve watching telly.....first i have some reviewing to do, have a great fryday the 13 day:D

Cleo, I think I want to make a documentary on your neighbor. He leads such an interesting life. If nothing else, he will certain make most of the rest of us feel truly normal and well adjusted!

One of my friends (mostly past tense) is coming over today to pick up the 40 tons of shit that she has left in my house over the last few years. That is going to take up a big chunk of my day as much of it is mixed in with my own stuff. It's a happy day to get it all done, and I look forward to this getting finished. It is the next step down the road to finally putting my house on the market, seeing that the local property prices are pretty much topping out and won't get this high again for a while (maybe 1 more year, and then things will run down). I have a truly hard time justifying a 4 floor house for myself. :)

Anyway, timmy's coffee will be served VERY shortly, then I get to get to work.

I told him it was one of the hookers from back here doings. There are basically three regulars that are all missing him or at least missing his money since he has been gone now for over a month. One of them is a Pagan, one is a White Witch, and the other is some kind of Brazilian Voodoo something.

Every year will have a Friday the 13th at least once, but no more than three times.

There is little rhyme to the pattern in which Friday the 13th appears. In 1997, it happened only once-in the month of June. The following year there were three Friday the 13ths, and if that weren't enough, two of them happened in consecutive months (February and March). But wait, there's more. On Friday, March 13, 1998 there was also a full moon and a lunar eclipse.

And Elvis was spotted at a KFC in Dubuque, ordering a Diet Coke.

The Gregorian calendar does repeat itself every 400 years, so some calculations have been worked out. As it turns out, because of the bump that leap years cause, the 13th of the month will fall on a Friday more often than it will any other day of the week. Over a 400-year span, the 13th will be a Friday 688 times. Thursday the 13th, by contrast, will only occur 684 times.

An easy way to tell if you're about to experience a Friday the 13th is to keep track of the first day of each month. If it falls on a Sunday, as it did back on December 1, then the second Friday in the month will be Friday the 13th.
