Sponsor sales tracking
 

Does anyone have a good list of sponsors which track sales referred by affiliates via both cookies and variables (passing the referral code via the URL)? I am particularly interested in whether CCbill does this.

Any thoughts on why all sponsors would not do this?

I think that the default set up at CCBill is cookies, but there are a lot of programs that use them pass the codes thru as well via a custom set up.
