A lesson for those requesting a partner account
 

If you really want a partner account, it may be best that you don't use copied HFSs as your examples.

I'm still new to all this site building. Ragecash is one of my sponsors and they offered the free site in a zip download to use and I just changed the content and added recips to confirm to linklist rules, I thought that is what they give you the zip contents for?

Not exactly sure why they would be offering sites in a zip download...unless they have no idea how the relationship between link lists and free sites works...which is entirely possible.

Usually, some sponsors will provide sponsor hosted free sites for the link list owner to list with his or her own affiliate codes. But, providing them for free site builders to submit to link lists isn't going to fly with most reviewers.

Link lists are looking for relatively unique sites to list for their surfers. The more quality unique free sites a link list can offer, the more bookmarkers they can get...meaning more traffic for both the link list and the submitters. That's kinda the short story of the symbiotic relationship that takes place between link lists and free sites :)

I won't use the zipped sites any more. I have been building free sites on my own now since I have learned how to do it.

Your also right about learning everyday, I have learned more on this board than anywhere else.
