1) You register a site with a name cloned from one of the biggest adult sites on the net.

2) You put a bullshit statement on said domain saying how you are not associated with "the hun", knowing full well that SE spiders don't pick up on context, seo guru (cough, wheeze, puke) that you are.

3) The entirely predictable outcome ensues, and The Hun takes legal action to stop you from doing exactly what you are doing...trying to trade on his name and reputation for a quick buck.

4) You have the unmitigated gall to ask for fucking DONATIONS to fight him off.


I generally try to stay out of stuff like this, but I've got to say, you are the definition of "fucktard". In case you haven't noticed, this place is a community of serious business people who absolutely fucking despise people (like you) who are scammers and cheats. We band together to fuck with SE spammers like you. What makes you think anyone here is going to do anything but wait around to see you get what's coming to you?

The Hun was one of the first adult sites to take legal action to protect his name. The "Intellectual rights" that adult sites now enjoy were but one side effect of the suit.

the hun has been in this buisness a long time
in that time he has made a lot of friends

friends that maybe your sponsors
friends that may run your hosting company
friends that may own the boards you post on


a lot of doors could be shut in your face
today tomorrow and 2 years from now

why make an enemy out of him

your not making any money from that domain

if you were a smart person, you could use it to make a very valuable friend

A little occasional conflict is good for anybody, and hey I emailed him today so no need for the offers guys. Did I say I was complaining about him suing me? I just posted it as a news item. So far there is nothing on the documents he got correct anyway apart from the domain name.

It is a bad move to register that domain. It is clearly aimed at his site. Where else would you have thought of the name.

Honest mistake, give him the domain.
