Greenguy Stats Questions - CCBill's Admin Threw Me For A Loop

I started to do the CCBill/Trial programs this morning & the CCBill admin threw me for a loop, as they do not break down the click totals per sub account :(

So this is the info that I am compiling & I want to know if you think it'll be helpful (meaning, is it worth me publishing)

They do for me. Did you click on the Affiliate link on the left before clicking on Get Clicks Report? Personally I'm really happy with the new stats.

Cleo - help me, because maybe I'm missing it :)

I go here & log in: https://affiliateadmin.ccbill.com/
I click on the Reports tab & then on the Transaction's option.
I check both "Breakdown by URL's" & "Include Affiliate without Sales" and then select the time frame & hit Look Up, which gives me the info used for that page I posted.

That sound right?

The click on Affiliate link on the left column on the left to breakdown as always before.

Cleo - are you logging in as an affiliate or a program owner?

The only options I see are:
Referring URL
Destination URL
Date
Billing Type
Sub Account (which doesn't a breakdown of clicks per sub account)

Cleo 2006-03-02 02:29 PM

I'm logged in as an affiliate using Firefox.

Cleo - do you have more than one program on this account number?

And when you click that "affiliate" link do you get a breakdown by sub account as far as signups & clicks to each sub account?

Useless 2006-03-02 03:25 PM

I think most of the programs I pay attention to use CCBill and I'd love to see your numbers for those programs. (I have all of my CCBill accounts merged so it's pretty easy to see my complete totals and per account stats.)

Greenguy 2006-03-02 03:28 PM

I know why I don;t have that "affiliate" link & it's because I have a different CCBill account number for each program & Cleo & Urb & Useless have them all merged, which is why they have the "affiliate" link.

All of this means nothing, as I have all the info that those 3 see when they click on the "affiliate" link & none of them have clicks per sub account, which is my issue.

Why would you not have all your accounts merged? One login and all your info is right there.

Maybe I'm not understanding sub-account. Do you mean an affiliate that that has more then one paysite like howigotrich.com?

At 1st it was because I didn't know any better (my 1st CCBill account had 193 as the number) Then when I talked to them about merging them, they told me they didn't have a breakdown on the check as far as how much money came from which program, which I need for my personal books as it's easier for me to put in that "CCBill 481511" sent me $32.45 while I'm entering the checks as opposed to logging into CCBill, looking thru all the programs, seeing who sent what, etc.

Exactly. When you click on the Sub Account link, it tells you all the sign up & re-bill info for each site, but the click totals are zeros :(

I assumed those click totals would be in there & then I'd be able to publish stats about each site in the program & not just the overall totals.

Yeah I've never used that feature so I would not have noticed it being missing. Actually I never new it was there and now that you have told me about it this does seem like it would be most useful.

As is now, those stats are helpful to me.

*edit:

OK so after I post that 1 line thinking that although very short, it gave an answer, I then see it's a poll, and I coulda just voted. I'm a little slow for a couple hours after waking :D
