Anyone else having this problem?

I need to log in here:
https://webadmin.ccbill.com/

I'm not an affiliate, this is to run my paysite.

The transaction page shows no results for me. I keep getting "There are no items to display in the current view" while the clicks page shows me all the clicks just fine...

CrazySy 2006-03-02 01:31 PM

Same here, shows no transaction for today.

Their system has been all fucked up lately, specially my account. My ratios took a fuckin' nose dive right after Feb,9th upgrade, I went to a beautiful 1:25000. Three emails since then and not a fuckin' word back. Now that's what I call support |thumb

Sometimes upgrades mean glitches for the first few days (?) live.

From the news on CCBill...

I was confused when I first saw it, because it was only showing clicks for the programs I had made sales on.

But if you check the checkbox that says "Include Affiliate without Sales:" you will see the programs you haven't made sales on and the click counts.

The error your getting is from to many failed attempts. Generally, your going to have to wait up to 60 minutes before you can attempt it again. I would suggest shooting an email to our support at client@ccbill.com or calling us directly via 888.906.0666 to have your password reset.

Thanks,
