The biggest Mexican vs American Battle since the Alamo is over
 

The siege lasted 21 days,14 days of heavy gorilla warfare and terrorist like sneak attacks followed by 7 days of small skirmishes and negotiations.
Though we are both wounded, I don't think there is any permanent damage.
The terms of the truce are.
1,liquidate the boat as soon as possible.
2,Move to Atwater, start looking for a place in Mariposa as soon as we get there (Mariposa is 40 miles from her kids 10 miles from Yosemite).
3,Buy a motor home and go to Gurrero Negro / San Ignacio for six months December 27th.
4,I cant work more than 13 hours a day, 6 days a week
5,She cant give her kids any more money, loans are due in 30 days, must be secured with an asset that can be pawned for twice the amount of the loan, asset will be pawned on the 31st day and pawn slip given to the kid
6,I'm in charge of the money and paying bills, we both start keeping track of all money spent (to help her stop making loans that are never repaid)
7,Set up her computer, and finnish her ebay store and web site
8,Buy her a digital camera so she can join me in photographing sunsets and the green flash
9,She gets her Mexican Citizenship so we can buy property in Mexico
10,Eventually buy property in both places
Summers in Yosemite winters in Mexico where the Gray Whales go to calve, I can live with it.

I threw my back out yesterday just my luck, going to be crappy make up sex, she called about an hour ago from LA so she will be here in an hour

Sounds like you two have a workable plan there. If you can't be in Mexico, then Yosemite sure can be a nice place. I like the high mountain meadows there. Mono Lake on the other side of the park is memories of Pink Floyd. I like the motorhome idea too. I'm thinking about doing some of that this year.
