CCbill problems anyone??
 

I am seeing this in my stats???

There are no items to display in the current view

no clicks no sales nothing?? WTF?


anyone else?

I was seeing the same thing this morning, but there's clicks showing now, though not as many as I'd expect for a Saturday.

CCBill seems to be messing about with their site this week, as I've noticed changes in what info they are giving, etc. Hopefully they'll get it all straight soon, as it is a bit worrisome when there's nothing showing up at all.

I am also having the same problem. There are no items showing, not even clicks. The only message I get is "There are no items to display in the current view"

I thought maybe I was just ignorant and messed up my setting somehow. I'll wait a day then give them a call I guess.

CCBill changed some stuff on Wed. The Default view only shows clicks for accounts with sales. Near the lower left is a checkbox to include clicks for sites without sales.

I think they're still doing some fine tuning. While my traffic stats and sales are about the same, the number of clicks shown is down significantly since Wed's changes. I don't care for this at all, as it takes multple steps to get the information I used to get on one page.

There have been some recent updates to the transaction report in the affiliate admin system. When running a report there is now a check option at the bottom of the page for: "Include Affiliate without Sales:" If this option is checked, and the report is ran, it will display the report as it always has in the past.

Go ahead and give us a call with your affiliate info, and we'll check to make sure that everything is displaying correctly for that account.

Ummm why don't you reverse it? Or at the very least allow us to set it as the default view - having to check that box and reload is pretty annoying...

It seems that they fixed "false clicks" issue. There were times when some of my CCbill affiliates had 10000 raw clicks in a day when I didn't advertise them anywhere.

New way of showing only clicks from sponsors with sales is ok with me.

BTW, Unified Stats gives errors with CCBill for a while now, I hope they fix it...

Hi im new here and signed up to various referers on my site , and advertised them as they stated. but this morning when i click on them to check if they link correctly they dont do anything just time out.

now !! ccbill isnt even working or nothing connecting to it WTF is going on
can anybody help me

Yep, it's pretty fucked up.

I been having problem. I was upset because some of the site went off line and I didnt recieve any notice so I was promoting my site and the links were broken or at least no material was able to be viewed on the click through's. Is this common? I thought at least I should have gotten an E-mail before hand..
