I'm trying a different approach to bloging.
 

Many have done what I'm trying to do but I will throw my hat in the ring.
I have a blogger blog that had limeted features but I got many hits from it, so now I am using portal software, I have my old blog linked along with other content like a forum(which is more interactive) user chat and wrapped links to keep users on my page while they surf.

I use joomla for the blog and linking part and smf for the forum, take a look: Exotica forum

There are many programs with a blog bundled in, I use joomla but you can also use phpnuke.
And if you are one of those bloggers that can always ad content you can still have stuff to give your surfers something to do.

Well there are a few reasons I tend to go for the exotics.
1. I can see a naked white girl for the cost of 2 drinks at the local bar(I live in tx).
2. the net is saturated with blond women.
3. My ex wife who jacked up my credit was 6ft blond(I shouldnt have bought those drinks 14 years ago)

joomla - never were aware of this, looks like a real nice system. Maybe I will give it a try with some sites :D thx for the info
