concern over 2257
 

One of my niches is teen, and I have seen some foreign based sites with girls I swear look under 18. I have also heard that alot of people stay away from met for this reason. Are their any sites you guys won't touch with a 10 foot pole?

I don't think too many people stateside would be insane enough to do it, but foreign based sites are not under the same rules as the US.

My feeling so far has been this:

US based sites / producers are scared shitless by 2257 rules and pending changes to those rules. No valid paysite in the US right now would even take the chance - trust me, the girls are legal.

When you go overseas and hit some of the eastern block countries, I am not so confident about the model IDs and such. I don't trust them, and that is life.

Remember that many of these countries had laws that made nude models legal either regardless of age or at an age lower than is acceptable by 2257 standards (18 years old).

I talked to a another webmaster and he said that MET does have underage models and that it is considered art. Do you know if that's true? all of the girls I saw on their looked 18|huh

As a US webmaster (which I am) promoting teen is cool in my humble opinion if you only want to stick with US sponsors like lightspeed etc. with a strong presence and bulletproof 2257 records.

Well, actually east countries are also not Europe :) Anyhow, yes some countries in Europe can have girls in front of the camera when they are 16, but until today I am not aware of any reputated producer or production in Europe, incl. Chzech, Poland, Hungaria which ever has done this or will go into it. You can't imagine the troubles you will run into if your are doing so, so nobody is doing this - as I can guarentee to you, that your company will be closed for at least the next 12 months.

We do not have these 2257 law in Europe and therefor any production before 2004 has not cared to much about this. Also some older productions the girls and guys have shown there passport only to the photographer and this was ok. So many have never done any copy of the id's.

Most of the stuff of underage girls is comming from Russia or formal known russian countries. There you have some guys which have faked the id shots of girls. But these guys are known and none of the European producers, agencies etc. would touch them as one of the main agencies (or the main agency) run already in huge problems with them.

Your wrong about Mexico Sir Moby, the law might/will turn their backs if the right people have recieved payola for anything, including photographing underage girls. A girl can marry at 15 but can not get licenced as a sex worker untill 18. It's illegal in some States like Baja to photagraph hardcore (penetration) at any age.
I know some sick fucks have gotten away with photographing kids in Mexico but if caught they would be Pedro or Ponchos Bitch for the next 20 or 30 years |club|
