About multi-submitters

The definition:
Sending the same url or different urls more than allowed in the rules.

Is it correct? Do I need to change/add/remove anything to get the definition right?

The definition of a multisubmitter is a person who fraudulently tries to circumvent the rules of a LL/TGP as they apply to number of submits allowed per day. These rules may vary from place to place. Read the rules. Follow them.
