Damn, working in a clean office is sweet. I still had christmast wrapping paper on the floor in some places :)

Anyway, I should be here until noon. We are getting a new floor this week and I have to get and install wall plates for cable, sattalite and network. We were going with the hardwood we have but there are funny patterns since our living room was once 3 rooms, many, many years ago. Our house was once 4 apartments so there are a lot of surprises as e remove carpet. :)

It's Mother's Day today in the UK. That means we have to be extra nice to our mothers, wives, and girlfriends. It involves letting them stay in bed for as long as they want to, doing all of the cooking, cleaning, washing, dressing of children, etc. All this while trying to work.

Got some blogging to do today then off to sell some dragon stuff.

The guy i'm helping has such a funky mix of stuff.. all kinds of religious stuff from several different religions. So yesterday i made a sign.. -- and put pictures of crosses, the green man for pagans, a star of david for jewish and buddha for the Zenoists. and posted it.. WE got lots of action..mostly christians taking me to task for posting it.. but sales were UP. |buddy|

Still feel like crap chilly sunny south Florida morning here.

Had to turn my heat on since the temps are down in the sixties this morning. It is actually a beautiful day out and if I didn't have a sinus headache, sore throat, body aches, chills, and just generally feel like crap I would put on something warm and go out and enjoy what will probably be our last day of cool weather.

Not much going on today unless I feel better once I'm awake and the cold meds kick in.

I can always tell when it's been cool here for several days in a row. When I run the water in the morning to fill the coffee maker I actually get cold water from the tap, rather than the normal luke warm. :D

Nothing exciting going on here, sling a little porn this morning, a little Bristol Bumper Cars this afternoon...

I got a shitload of wiring done down in the Pool House yesterday - all my security camera's are up & running & I re-wired some AV stuff as well.

Then we had a birthday party & played some poker. My streak of being in the money for 5 games in a row was snapped last night, but I'm still up a couple of bucks & The Bitch won some money in the last game, so life is good :)

Gonna update some sites & then park my fat ass on the couch & watch people drive around in circles with MML |thumb

Yesterday's rains are gone and it's a nice cool, clear day here. I'll probably go for a ride to get some sun later on, but for now it's time finish answering some emails and then work on that new blog.

I am doing great today but had to spend my valuable Saturday in bed... oh well. Two more weeks of double dose radiation to kill the metastasis then I am free.. touch wood.

morning all just another stoopid monday morning for me lol. Probably not a lot of work getting done as I have to go out at 10am and (gasp omg!) socialise...
Hahah yeah one more thing, I got asked to be team manager for my girls soccer team on the weekend so I guess that makes me a fully fledged soccer mom. Also met a nice couple from Colorado who live in the same town as us now.
