Still dark outside but already a very warm morning here. Supposed to be 85+ later, and maybe some rain. Might have to close up the jeep for the first time in weeks.

That's fine, good day to relax around the house, catch up on some things that need attention, and work on some new things.

Good Morning. I had a nice relaxing night at home (except for Ottawa getting their asses kicked in hockey). I need it after a few late nights.

Funny thing.
I watched the movie Dirty last night with Cuba Gooding Jr and there were 3 Canadian drug dealers in it. It shows these guys sitting around playing a video game and one with a hockey stick in his hand pretending to play. They are suppose to weigh some coke and are tossing it around. "No, you weigh it eh", "I did it last time, it's your turn eh", "no way eh". I'm like WTF? Hockey sticks and "eh"? :D

I'll always loved that movie's lesson: If your son has a chance at banging a young Liz Taylor, let him buy a new fucking suit. ;)

Is it me, or does it seem really early? I just woke a few minutes ago. The boy is downstairs being brainwashed by Sonic the prick hedgehog and I assume the wife is at aerobics (or perhaps an early morning trist).

I've got some more pornification this morning, then I'm off to my grandmother's 80-something bday party. I hope there's strippers.

It's a bit overcast here today but so far it is looking to be a nice day. Thought it was going to rain yesterday but it never did so maybe that will go for today too.

For some odd reason the back of my neck is a bit tender.

Going to go to the gym, put my hair up as always, and see if anyone notices my new body adornment.

Comcast cable is still going down a lot. I see their trucks all over my neighborhood so I have hopes of once again having reliable internet from them. Today they have me scheduled for another service call but I don't have to be home for it since the problem is not in my home. Still waiting to order Vonage until all the issues with Comcast is fixed.

Espresso, body piercing, and tattoos is now being served.

Another huge fire at the local park, last time 12 days ago it was 550 acres, last night was 250+ more acres, so much for having a nice place to ride our bikes.

We finally got rain/storms around 6am today after 43+ days of nothing, it didn’t last as long as it needed to, but I’m sure it helped.

Went to a comedy club last night & the main act - Caroline Picard - was really fucking funny. The 1st act was a local guy & he was ok. The goof they had warming up the crowd actually did jokes about OJ, Clinton/Lewinsky & the Croat/Serb war - I thought it was 1998 all over again :D

And, even thought I didn't get to see the game, as Ramster stated above, Ottawa lost to Buffalo last night 6-2 |thumb

I'm gonna get some links done & then go park my fat ass on the couch for an afternoon of napping & watching rednecks drive around in circles with MrMaryLou (he likes to spoon me)

Nothing much exciting happening today. LL project is held up til tomorrow due to a domain transfer. Work as usual today with no exciting interludes.

Good morning. Doing some preliminary work for a project today that I've wanted to work on for a while.

Sifting through resumes that are trickling in.... I don't think some of these people even read the job requirements that are sending in resumes.

I see my Comcast internet service is back to giving me close to 6 megs download and 768 upload like it was before all this crap happened so I guess they have all the bugs worked out. I just placed my order for Vonage. I am curious if the Earthlink ADSL that I have on the line that I'm transferring will stay on or if I'm going to have to order a cheap no features line to carry my backup ADSL service.

Tho i don't know why i'm happy about that since the total amount of time spud spends actually "in class" is less than 10 hours per week.

Thinking of going to either Palm Desert (aka Springs) or San Diego for a couple of days with Chyna but since she can't get up before the crack of dusk, I doubt seriously if that will happen.

Otherwise all blogs are updated, content is sorted and text is on the stove getting ready to boil.

Another exciting Sunday in pleasantville (what one of my neighbor's calls my area). Woken up by the sounds of horns honking and police sirens at 7:00am. Thought something major was going on, but no, they just wanted to get people to move their cars out of the no parking spots so they can run the mini-marathon that is going around our neighborhood today. I swear these people have nothing better to do.

Anyway, I went back to sleep.

Watching cars go in circles would pretty much be on the list today, although I might add in cars driving on streets in Long Beach as well, we will see. Other than that, still working on a project, keeping the blogs warm, and looking to develop some newer traffic sources... it's all good.

Maybe a bike ride later today :)
