Whatever happened to the penalties for nuisance suits? Have the courts become so politically correct that they must address even the silliest of claims?

kind of surprized the school didn't go into lock down mode though...
after all, I gun was fired off in a school.

I think the kids showed GREAT intelligence when the ass was asking
for another weapon and the kids said NO, PUT IT DOWN... lol

So now he is suing, what a joke...
