Also, can you be more specific. It doesn't take any plugins or hacks to get it going. They only add some additional features.

I am trying to achieve a look and feel something similar to the blog found
here http://blog.babes-world.com/ or something better.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I am looking to totally tub out WP. I am not really sure where to begin- I'm not really worried about the theme portion just the sidebars and some banners between entries and a link section and any and everything else that would monetize the site.

Sorry for being oblivious to this- but thanks in advance for helping.
