Question on ip not resolving
 

hey before I start deleting submissions, I use auto gallery pro for my link list and I am getting a lot of submissions with unresolved ips
when I click their ips. Are these cheaters or am I mistaken.

Resolved to unknown means that there is no domain name record associated with the IP address of the submitter. This is pretty common with many ISPs.

What it means is that they may not be using the best ISP for access the Internet but that doesn't mean they're cheaters and it doesn't really reflect the quality of the server that is hosting the gallery.
