<div>It's going to be in your style sheet (css) someplace but it may take some work to find it.  Which style are you using, that may give someone here more of an idea.</div>

<div>I found it.<br />
It was in the comments.php file that I didnt even have installed<br />
so I copied over the default comments.php and fixed it from there.</div>
