Epassporte Support
 

I am sick of waiting for the slow support at epassporte.

I cant create gift accounts.
I just see this txt when i try:
You cannot purchase a gift card at this time. Please contact customer service for more information.


Can someone please check if you are able to create one?
I first sendt them en email explaining the problem, than got a response back where they ask what amount i tried to open the gift account, and i replied the same again, that i dont even see the form where i enter the gift acount details.
Now i got an email back where they ask me to call their phone support.
And i did, and the nice man that talked to me wrote down the problem, and told me they will get back to me soon. Several days after the problem is still here :(

Hope to get it solved soon.




Why cant support handle more than one question per email?

I always get a reply that only answer one of my questions when i send mail to sponsors or other related companies related to this biz. |banghead|

Only accounts opened via credit card can create giftaccounts.
If you opened the account yourself, please contact me with your account name and I will get someone to look into it.

I also see that text on my account (opened by sponsor)

Thier support leaves a lot to be desired.

I would think they are pretty large but their support feels like they run it from their living room.
