Richards Realm Premium Account Problems
I've got a premium acct at RR, but haven't been able to sub a gallery since the beginning of the month. Have sent 2 emails, but no answers, which is unusual. I'm used to good service from them.
Anyone know of another way to reach them. I'm not ready to block payment on my visa, but feeling a bit put out. :( |
Strange, I signed up for an account april 30th and have been subbing one or two galleries a day no problems. Which emails are you trying to contact at?

for galleries i have the david@ one too, not sure if that might help?? Worth a try

Can someone help me out?
I registered for an account a few days ago(payment went through and received a confirmation from the payment processor) and it still hasn't been activated. I've emailed Richard's Realm(via the david@,listings@,webmaster@ email address) many times and no response whatsoever. |
