What length, compression, # of clips to mgps require these days from submitters?

Also, what do affiliates prefer in hosted movie galleries?

From submitters: At least 3 movies - total of at least 60 seconds of video.
hosted galleries: At least 2 movies, I prefer 3 - total of at least 60 seconds of video.

As for compression, I just don't want to see choppy motion or a grainy/dark image.

Also, gallery images needs to match up with the clips. And servers need to be configured with proper MIME type definitions so movies download rather than display in browser as garbled text (mostly applies to wmv files)

I posted this at the tail end of my other thread and I thought I'd tack it here because it seems more on topic:

My focused question is are photos to accompany the videos in MPGs necessary, or required? Are they of the same standards as TGPs? How many photos should be with the vids?

standard : 1/2-MB/clip ... wmv or mpg, # of 3-4 sample movies per gallery
