His sentance (currently on house arrest) can be a Maximum of 10 yrs, with a $250k fine..

And just think Microsoft hasnt even ripped him a new one yet.

This kid is just a copycat. He took the original msBlaster RPC hack and modified it. His version made to 7000~ systems. The original version hit 500,000~ systems.
