Oh man, I dont think its a good idea... dont let unescorted women in!!!
They'll take it over like they do everything else.. then where will we go?

I've taken women to stip clubs before and I enjoying getting a dance for my date much more then I enjoy getting the dance for myself :) Let em in.

I take my wife just as I have done with past girlfriends.. I also enjoy that. I never get dances for myself. But this is saying to allow women in by themselves, not accompanied by a man.. that idea I do not like.

actually my underlying purpose in posting this is that it is becoming acceptable for WOMEN venturing out to explore more of their sexuality. Such as "PORN for Women" on the web.

However i guess this serves a dual purpose in putting men on notice that we are out to "take over the world" BWWWWAAAHHHHH..

I think more clubs upgrading their "ambience" to be more welcoming to women is a great idea. I would never have been able to get the ex-wife to agree to go to a club, but I have a few non-industry friends that do so as a couple on occassion.

I do see how unescorted women could be a potential problem. It only takes one that's out hunting for an AWOL spouse/boyfriend to create a really nasty scene.

I think this will shake out into different kinds of clubs, mostly along three lines. One is the "entertainment complex" which will be open to couples and unescorted ladies at any time. Another will be the "gentleman's clubs" which will be mostly 'men-only' with couples allowed. And then there will be (like now) the sleazy dives where women are not allowed except at manager's discretion.

In this oh-so-politically-correct world, it would be nice to keep a few places where a man can walk right up to a woman and offer her money to perform for him without having to hear "Do I LOOK like I work here?"

I don't think there's much danger of "Gentlemen only" clubs disappearing.

On a related note...
Find the lady that would take the above "mistaken identity" as a compliment, rather than being offended, and you have found a potential keeper.

I would love to see a strip club for men and women. Men stripping and doing lap dances for women on one side the men being taken care of on the other side. The strip clubs near us are for men, though they claim they are couple friendly. My husband also prefers me to get a lap dance instead of him, I'm not into women so it's no thrill for me. I'd much rather him being in the men's area getting what he wants. While I enjoy some hot stud giving me a lap dance....|roses|

The strip club I visit most often is in one of the rougher parts of London, looks about as inviting as a three week holiday in Afghanistan, and is listed in the "UK Good Strip Club Guide" as being "The sort of place even Australian Rules football player's are afraid to go in alone". So I don't think I have to fear loosing my place at the bar to a woman.

I go to the clubs with my neighbor sometimes. He seems to find much delight in getting me lap dances. I've yet to figure out exactly why someone would want a lap dance. One of these days I really should take my neighbor to a male strip club. I think I would really enjoy watching a man give him a lap dance. :D

Well, it's not often that the phrase "unescorted women" comes up in conversation.

I've never been into a men's strip club, but I'm with Sue on the idea of having male and female dancers :) I've been to plenty of male strip shows, they're always fun.

I second that notion. Open minded women are horny women. Horny women like to get laid. |thumb

My thinking on the subject:

Take a woman to a strip club with beautiful women stripping and they are liable to think "Gee, those women are so much more beautiful than me, I am lucky this guy wants to go out with me."

Take a woman to a strip club with good looking men stripping and they are liable to think "Gee, those men are so much better looking that the guy I am with, why don't I ditch this looser and look for a better man?"

Moral: Only take women to strip clubs with women strippers, not male strippers.

In Las Vegas its a very common term actually because of the "hooker" factor which is why most of the clubs (see article) won't allow them.

I'd rather go in and have a foot massage then a lap dance by a woman, lol. Maybe if they offered "pampering" services like that to women, they would capitilize more on the couples market. Hubby gets a lap dance, woman gets pampered in some way. Not to say there are not women who enjoy lap dances, I'm just not one of them.

But male dancers for women.... that is a though. :D

Never thought of him looking like that but now that I think of it he kind of does. I'm going to have a had time not cracking up laughing next time I see a hooker sitting on his face.

Agreed. I never got one at a club and refuse to. I used to date dancers back in my hayday and know it's just a waste. But you do get what you pay for and as far as I'm concerned I don't make $20 for 10 minutes of work (that's the wifes profession). Everytime I do see someone getting one I think of the Dave Chappel show where he said he will never wear a white t-shirt to a cheap strip club. He paid $3.00 for a lap dance that took 1 minute yet he spent the whole night explaining to his wife why he had a shit stain running running down the center of his shirt. lol.

I just always want to know where those nipples have been as she is trying to stick them in my mouth.
