Is it too much?
 

Would you say that 2 x 15 pics on 2 galleries is too much for free? Should I reduce it to 2 x 12 or even 20?

2 x 15 is ok, you even need it to get listed at some places like persiankitty.
Personally I always try to keep my amount of pics as close as possible to the 20 pic minimum required by most LL's, you don't want to give too much away :)

sure, 20 pix is enough...

but for gay link-lists required minimum is 30 or 40, don't remember for sure

I have used 15 pics per gallery as well as 10 and everything in between. I think it depends on the content. 15 pics work good with stripping/tease pics but not with hard or money shot pics.

My biggest issue is that most people starting out want to give away all the free stuff they "wanted" to see when they were surfing. Then who is going to buy?

I think you'll find that 20 is the minimum and is widely accepted as such. A few sites require 30, but those are in the minority. And some sites (myself included) also have a maximum...mine being 40. After all, we don't want to give it ALL away.

Just declined a site the other night that had 2 galleries with 6 30 second video clips each. That's waaaay too much content to put on a single free site |banghead|

It's because of that kind of stuff I've never had to join a sponsor site to get my rocks off. |bananna|

I do a lot at 20. It's a good tease. I get accepted to all the places I submit to (except maybe a few, but I suspect they might be dead.) I burn less bandwidth, and I still sell when I use 20. :D
