Free sites are my preference, though I do list select galleries submitted by my partner submitters on WW. In order to get a partner account now, one needs to submit five live sample free sites. Most applications I get list five galleries - and I take immense joy in deleting them. (It's juvenile, I know, but it's all I have.) I always looking for new free site submitters though.
