When I started all MGPS were free to post to. slowly 1 by 1 almost all started charging fees. I still have a some free ones and some that are worth getting partner accounts for, and would like to trade sites with you, just ICQ me or email. Feel free to list any good MGPS or and bad MGPS what are not worth paying for an accout.
