Personally I don't consider it a blind link although some other LL owners might. Using "Get instant acces to *website name* here" will do for most LL owners.

And it's "Don't miss all the crazy contests" :)

It depends on the context. If it was on top of the index page without any reference visible to a paysite, maybe. The farther into the site where the surfer has been exposed to several ads, not so likely.
