Not the first time its happend to me but

The guy contacted me for a link exchange on another of my sites.

What would you do?

Proof that my site is the orginal? To start with the image in the top left corner is produced from a photogroph I personaly took and I have never given to anyone else. I can produce the orginal photo and others I took at the same time.

Contact your lawyer & have him send a Cease & Desist to the owner of the domain as well as his hosting company.

This guy has a big list with creampie sites at the bottom of his sites.
I advice everybody with creampie sites to look at it chances are big he stole more sites.

You need a lawyer. Most of these guys are not afraid. Legal action can get results from them, and thier web host.
