I am familiar with Mr Croce through another board where he has posted. Since he was shipping product from the US instead of offshore, he is indeed subject to the laws pertaining to the USPS. Fantasy is not a crime, but if you can't resist pushing the envelope, at least try to cover your bases. Shipping from the US was just a dumb decision. |
and he's hosted in the US too.

I'm still a firm believer in if it's private material then leave it alone. They spent a lot of money going after this guy that could have been used for prosecuting companies that are hiring illegal aliens and not paying taxes on them.

I cannot remember if it was on this board or another one, but a while back I posted to say that I do not use US hosting because you can get a better service for less in Europe. As the dollar dies I have been considering moving back to using US hosting because with the dollar costing pennies now (54p last time I checked) American hosting is probably cheaper than European hosting to non US citizens now. However reading this thread I'm glad I didn't.

I just stay clear away from all of that content! Just not worth the risk and is illegal in UK anyway.

However 'obscenity' is still illegal, and still defined as 'anything that causes offence'. For example, people have been arrested for saying "fuck" in a public place. So what I want to know is; why isn't Johnathan Ross doing life? :) |

It went the opposite way in Canada. The girls won equal rights in court to go topless. |
