Westcash/UkrainianCash email - anyone else get it?

Did anyone get an email from them asking you not to send any traffic to their sites for awhile? I thought I'd mention it here in case anyone is promoting them. Here's the email I received:

November 4th Email Update

I just received the email below this morning, even though it was sent 4 days ago. I guess the pipes of the Internets were clogged. Most important though, and the reason I woke this thread, is that it was sent on the 4th of November and gives us until October 11th to act.

Even if they meant November 11th, which they had in a second email I just got, I think the idea that "requests for payment will not be considered" after that date tells us a lot about this sponsor.
