Anyway, Besides, post office, banking (I hope), I have to pick up my truck today. There were a few things wrong with it.

I went back on the Fat Smash Diet yesterday & my fucking head hurts from the lack of caffeine |banghead|

I spent most of yesterday getting caught up on my TV watching, which means today I have to get caught up on actual work |cry|

Speaking of TV...I read this weekend that either the next episode or the last one will be the end of Smith.

Looking to be an overcast gloomy day outside, kind of like my boring life.

Not a lot going on today. Will most likely just spend the day working and running a few errands.

When I grow up I want dump trucks to deliver cash to my house too.

Ended up working on getting the other array live most of the day yesterday (and it's still not done |banghead|). So, today is catching up on yesterdays site reviews...submitting a free site...then getting back to the other array. Ahhh, puters are such fun!

Will miss the radio show, at least live, due to working at old job. But I will listen to it later when I am trying to get my stuff done.

I really should just stop answering my phone in the morning and at least have some peace and calm before having to deal with the day's drama.

Gave up a sometime ago on trying to do anything with my friend with the time management problem but that doesn't stop her from calling and trying to schedule my daily activities and then getting upset when I just say no. Then yesterday I knew she was going to just make a waste again of my day so I just went to the gym and did my thing blowing her off so this morning she is like what happened to you?

Last week we were suppose to go for a consultation on Contour Strings but just like going to see Bodies The Exhibit we never made it due to her being so late for everything that everything is closed by the time we make it there. Even worse my day ends up being wasted due to her.

So this morning I called Dr. Propis, wow he has a bad web site, who I've used before for some liposuction and a few other things plus he has done work on many of my friends and made an appointment for next week minus my time management problem friend. So when she called me this morning she is all upset that I'm not going to talk to the doctor's office that she models for and even worse I'm not taking her with me to see Dr. Propis.

I think I'm just going to move to an island…

I've been off caffine about a month now, it does get easier. Although I do drink some decaf, which I know has trace amounts. Can you do that?

I've been doing this diet http://www.ultrametabolism.com/ for about a month. Have lost 6 pounds so far, which for me at my age and level of activity, I'm real happy about. :D
