Then the last 12 hours before you go on a trip.

Always feel like your forgetting something, too pumped to relax, tired, but don't want to go to bed....

For something to do I'm playing around with the Mars rover software. http://mars.telascience.org/home/

I'm watching the NFL game reading message boards lol... the rover is too expensive for me, with my luck I'd be the reason it stopped working and get a $2 billion bill from NASA

and I'm sitting here wishing i had a pizza no thanks to you.

I had yesterday's pizza leftovers for breakfast and lunch today. :D

Luna and her husband will be at my front door at 6am to pick me up. Guess this means I need to get up at like 5am. I haven't been up that early in years. Hopefully I will remember to put clothes on before going to the airport. LOL

Airport is a 45 min drive from us, and it's raining now and will get below freezing soon, so I'm really looking forward to it.

Flight leaves at 7am est, and with this high alert crap, we are leaving extra early, so 3:30am area.

And don't worry about clothes, it will save you search time.

BTW, I've eaten nothing but chili dogs last 2 days, got it for New Years and hate to waste food, but damn, I sure wish I wasted it.

I hear you. I have been geeked for awhile now and have not been getting anything done.

I'm arriving at 1:45 Vegas time, changing planes in Houston, hopefully my luggage will too. I miss being able to board with a big duffel bag and no checked luggage. Looks like my laptop bag and purse is about all they let you carry on now.

This is actually the first time I've flown since 9/11 so I'm not really sure what to expect with it being code orange at all. They didn't have people with big guns walking around the airport last time I flew.

All I know is there better not be some big nasty looking nurse wearing rubber gloves as part of the screening. :D

We flew from Indy to Orlando 2 weeks after 9/11

I had very long hair then and even before the attacks I got searched a lot, so this time didn’t surprise me at all when they asked to search me.

I got this little old lady, the kind that if you wanted to make a movie and wanted the "perfect" looking grandma, she would be the one you got.

I stood there legs apart and arms straight out and she patted me down and grabbed my manhood fully

And not a "opps, sorry"…

it was a "what's this? A weapon"?

All I could do was laugh as I got felt up by granny.

Sad thing was, I still had my wallet in my jeans, so I had to do it all over, where she once more grabbed me, just not as hard.
