How in the world....rss feeds

I see a lot of sponsors giving rss feeds for blogs.How in the world do you use them? |banghead| I searched and searched and found nothing.Just give me a link to the instructions how to do it in wordpress.How to make a blog that updates itself? |confused|

Usually you have have a function that grabs the RSS, parses it, then transforms it into the format you want (generally done using an XSLT). I do this on my site for some rss feeds.
