Real Newbie Title Question
 

I have seen that most LL's have a rule that the submitted title must match the actual pages. This seems straightforward enough. Is the title that this refers to the heading at the top of your pages or is it title in the title bar or should both be the same? Some places I've read that you want these to be different so that you can get as many keywords as possible out there for SEO.

They are talking about the title on the page, though I normally match the index title bar to the title on the page and then make slight changes to the title bar for every page after that.

Don't disappoint me on the Parliament reference!!!
