Greenie has stuff to do tonight and I hate doing it so, no radio show tonight :) Could this be the precursor to the en of the radio show? Stay tuned to find out...but I suspect we will be back next week. :)

I have yet another meeting with my lawyer today. I have a couple of legal matters going on. The state is buying my land and I had almost $50k stolen from me last week.

Ah well, I just got myself 3 new CD's (new Iron Maiden album, new Killswitch Engage album and another Trivium album) so I'll just play those for the rest of the week :)

I hope you get that $50k back Jim, that's a awful lot of money to some of us.

|yawn| been up since 338am.. got a 6am conference call with the powers that sign our checks at CEA so have to make that one.. i guess since CES is like 6 weeks away they want to make sure we are happy campers so they can show glowing results to their members.

Other than that..not much today.. palms later on.. then maybe dinner somewhere interesting with the rug dawg.. i'm thinking Thai. or maybe Greek. Such decisions..whatza girl to do?? |huh

Dog trainer is coming today, Zoey still needs the training but I paid for Bruno to help with his aggression and it didn't work. I wonder how hard it's going to be to get my money back |huh

Goodmorning all:) 3.12 midday here and suddenly very cloudy:( i was up at 6 this morning, i spent hours to go thru more then 3 weeks of emails, a good thing was that a friend of mine reviewed my emails of the last weeks and sirted them in several maps like very a very important map, important map, friends map and shit map, this helped me alot. after that i went thru my domains checking which to drop and which to renewal again, now i am gonna check the boards a bit en then i will work on a new domain. Just another carless day here but a friend is suppose to take me out tonight again so it isn't a big deal plus I should get mine back late today or tomorrow so I'm not going through the trouble of renting a car.

MPAA Lobbying for Home Theater Regulations
"The MPAA is lobbying congress to push through a new bill that would make unauthorized home theaters illegal. The group feels that all theaters should be sanctioned, whether they be commercial settings or at home.

MPAA head Dan Glickman says this needs to be regulated before things start getting too far out of control, "We didn't act early enough with the online sharing of our copyrighted content. This time we're not making the same mistake. We have a right to know what's showing in a theater."

The bill would require that any hardware manufactured in the future contain technology that tells the MPAA directly of what is being shown and specific details on the audience. The data would be gathered using various motion sensors and biometric technology.

The MPAA defines a home theater as any home with a television larger than 29" with stereo sound and at least two comfortable chairs, couch, or futon. Anyone with a home theater would need to pay a $50 registration fee with the MPAA or face fines up to $500,000 per movie shown.

"Just because you buy a DVD to watch at home doesn't give you the right to invite friends over to watch it too. That's a violation of copyright and denies us the revenue that would be generated from DVD sales to your friends," said Glickman. "Ideally we expect each viewer to have their own copy of the DVD, but we realize that isn't always feasible. The registration fee is a fair compromise.

The bill also stipulates that any existing home theaters be retrofitted with the technology or else the owner is responsible for directly informing the MPAA and receiving approval before each viewing."

Guess we all will need to start charging our friends for coming over and watching a movie.

I had my nut cat-scan this morning & I'm off to see the new nut doctor at 11:30, so I'll be scarce for most of the day.

Seems all the weirdos seem to be out in force.
I have no clue yet as to what to do in BB practice. I based this weeks plans on last years, when after the T-day break they seemed to forget everything. (they're only 7th grade, so repetition is the key) But yesterday, by about 1/3 of the way through, I was done covering our plays etc. :D

I count myself among the lucky ones today. Sure, there's no radio show, but no one's stolen from me that I know about, no one's scanning my nuts today to show them to someone else, and I now can re-add the MPAA to the list of folks who can take a running kiss at my ass.

Oh, but I did miss getting the trash out in time this morning. So it's not all good. :D

mmmmmmmmm this nut thing drives me nuts:D several times i have seen you posting about going to the doc for your nuts.....(oh gawd its probably written in the wrong way by me) everytime, i was thinking ...what the hell is he talking about, but now i am gonna do a search on the board about your nut:D i am missing a part here, and it could be interresting because my hubby has a nut problem too, but since the doc squeezed his nut he refuse to go back.........and i cant stop laughing now, Stu----->>>> up for a search on greenguys nut:D
