Didn't Pimpdaddy try to do this with webmaster forums several years ago? It will probably work much better with surfers.

A forum and RSS feeds. The RSS feeds I am interested in for sure and that part of it so I will most definitely hit you up. I am visiting family so I am offline a lot but will still email you right now.

Ya i am pretty sure you are right, and the rss feeds would work better with surfers. They basically make a post for you like I am doing now with pictures and the text so it looks just like a user is posting all the info and in turn makes the forum look active.
