The lawyer went really well yesterday. I found out that an old lawsuit when my wife and I were attacked, is still ready to go :) There was a problem with the lawyer we were using and he was actually fired for skimming some cash. He also dropped the ball on our lawsuit. So, I got the papers yesterday and we are suing a woman and her son for $1,332,212.00.

The tax thing...we are off to the appeal sometime in the future. :)

Today is a Gifts For Teens day. Jesus, Mary and Joseph, the Christmas season is busy for my wife and I. Speaking of which, you may remember I had a paypal account setup for Gifts For Teens in case any of you wanted to donate. But, it was pointed out that paypal will not let legal charities use their service. So, we are going at it alone. Actually, a lot of local businesses have donated quite a bit of money and gifts so I think we should be all set.

I ended up in the bar with the guys after soccer practice yesterday, all the calories that got burned during practice were quickly restored :)

Today I'm going to a party where the waitresses are topless. Well as long as I get my drink I don't care if there topless or not. Damn, I'm starting to sound like a drunk :)

Morning all, airports are the topic of the day for me as i head back to the UK later on. Oh joy... lines of waiting passengers, screaming kids, lost baggage, cramped seats and no smoking for 8 hours. |banghead| I may be planning to give up the wicked weed, but not on a plane full of screaming kids |shocking|
If everything goes according to plan i'll be back the first week of January and it seems i'm leaving just as we get the first major storm of the year blowing in so poor emmy's gonna be shovelling a foot of snow by tomorrow... sorry hun. I should be online over there but my sis and brother are both moving so finding a connection straight away may be a problem but i'll deal with that when i'm there... damned inconsiderate of them in my opinon, they should have moved earlier :D I will be around somehow though, so watch this space.
In the meantime I hope you all have a great christmas and a profitable new year and i'll catch up with you all real soon |santa|

Up way too early again since I went to bed way too early.

Just a day or work planned but I may hit a mall or two for something to do later this afternoon.

It is a nice number, isn't it? And, it is worded so the woman's insurance company will pay for it. I never knew that if you sued for assault, that is not paid by insurance. If you sue for negligence, insurance pays :)

Party this evening for all the parents in the hockeyteam that I coach.
My son and his teammates are born 1997 and they are playing in one of Swedens best teams for youths.
When the parents gets a bit drunk they want to discuss hockey and "why are you training them like that" and "Why did you do like that" and "everythingyoucanthinkof".

Kind of fun actually! :) (But I would trade with Fonz in a second!)

The first snowfall of the year here, though it's only sticking to the dirt in the garden and rooftops, coming down really wet like sleet, not the pretty stuff.

Yet another day of shooting nekkid chicks, then a break from them all for a few days. They're all coming out of the woodwork lately, looking for xmas money and funds to tide them over till the next installment of their student loans arrives.

Happy Official End OF Hurricane & Tropical Storm Season for all of you swamp dwellers. Now you can find somewhere safe to store all those tanks of gas and your generators; and use up all of that bottled water and tasty tinned food you've been hoarding :-)
