Modifiable Hosted Free Sites

We were thinking of offering downloadable zips of our hosted free sites for affiliates to tweak and use as they please for submitting. Is this something that would be of interest to free site submitters, or would their similarity to our hosted free sites make them an unlikely option?

I think LL owners would be writing a lot of subject lines reading: 'declined - overused templates' ;)

to be honest with you, I could probably build one from scratch in the time it would take me to tweak it the way I wanted to anyway.

if anything, I'd like to see sponsors offer more & better content for submitters to use than zipped templates.

Thirded.

Seriously, stop trying to reinvent the box - stop with the zips & heavy graphics & the same templates over & over & over & over.

Work on building a variety of basic free sites & you'll be a lot better off.

"reinvent the box"? WOW! I'm a cliché mixing douchbag!

(but you get my point)

Simon - I hope this wasn't discouraging, I find it nice that you're always trying to think of something new, and posting for feedback. One of these days you'll hit on an idea that we'll jump all over :)

It's cool, I'll take harsh advice over no advice any day. I trust that in the end, good things that come around, go around to those who wait. ;)
