Ice Cream
 

As many of you know Nate & Myself are on the South Beach Diet (he's down 20lbs in a week and 3 days, Im down 12).

So i always have one day where I cheat :) that day was Friday, today is Sunday.... I want a huge Bowl of Ice cream....

If I was going to cheat what Ice Cream flavor should I eat?

P.S. I just had something like, chocolate covered almond, chocolate brownie and coffe icecream.

It's a diet similar to the Atkins diet, but Atkins is actually bad for you because of all the Saturated fats, where as this diet teaches you why certain things are better to eat than others.

I have no idea what the South beach diet is, but when I think of South Beach I just think of gay men since most of South beach has become gay.

Common huh, not to mention South Beach has some of the hottest females on the planet, why do you have to be negative and pick out the pillow chompers? :(

Maybe it is just that I have more gay friends then straight friends. Or maybe it is the fact that South Beach is very gay. :)
