Paypal!?

Hey how are you guys doing today ?
I am doing fine thank you :)
I really am haveing alot of problems ! , Paypal would not load for me .. and when i do get it to load for me i try and hit the login botton and it's not loading :( please help i'v tryed everything i cleared history and cookies ?
please in need of help fast/soon
