$400 To The Winner

Contest Rules
1. - You must have 300 posts before January 01, 2007 or be an affiliate of Chop's Cash."
2 - Send all picks to us via the board's private message system to Chop Smith.
3 - Each week, you must pick the winner in all games (no spread)
4 - You must private message us your picks before Noon EST on the Friday before the games, with the exception of the Super Bowl. Your pick for the Super Bowl must be private messaged to us before Noon EST on Thursday, February 1, 2007. If we do not have your picks by the deadlines, all games will be marked as losses for you that week.*
5 - The contestant that picks the most winners during the payoffs will win the contest.
6 - A tie will be determine by the total number of points scored in the Super Bowl. In the event there is still a tie, the award will be split.
7 - Only one entry per registered board member. Jim, Greenguy, MrMaryLou and Chop are officially excluded but will be allowed to play for bragging rights.
8 - Registration ends at Noon EDT on Friday, January 05, 2007.

Why is everything based on the number of posts you have? I have been reading this board almost everyday for three years. I could go into the birthday post everyday and say happy birthday to a bunch of people I don't know and have over a 1000 post but I only post when I have a question or something worth posting.

Fred, your point is well taken.

The 300 post requirement was not meant to exclude good board members. Its purpose is to exclude those folks who join the board for a contest and then we never hear from them again.

Rule one should have read: "1. - You must have 300 posts before January 01, 2007 or be an affiliate of Chop's Cash." as shown on the official standings page.
