Video plugin for WP
 

Hey there,
Does anyone have a link to a plugin for embedding video into a blog post?
What's the easiest way to accomplish this so that a user reading the post would simple see a "freeze frame" of the video, then just click on it to play it, all within the page, not downloading to Media player etc...
