A fine morning to you and yours :)
We have been getting a little nasty weather yesterday and last night. Had a couple of accidents down the road from frozen roads and there was a lot of ice on power lines and trees. A few trees came down on the power lines and our power has been up and down. One of these days, I am going to get me a generator :)

I hope everyone is having a good time in Vegas.

I hope it is a quiet and boring day today, I did a lot of work around the house yesterday. Had guests over the weekend and the house was a mess.

Kinda cold out this morning.. but with all that snow who cares about the cold.
Got to use my snowblower yesterday... I just love that thing. Cant wait to go out again this morning, since more snow fell overnight and we are expecting more tomorrow - woohoo!

Couple of inches of snow overnight, after a couple inches of sleet yesterday. Slept in until 7:30 this morning. A bit late for me.

Just a wet chilly mess here. I'm now waiting for my sister-in-law to tell me what to bring to her Super Bowl party. I know I'll bring a fifth of JD but should I bring enough for anyone else :D

Glad to hear someone's getting cooler weather. We're expecting it to be 81F here today. I know I must need to go get some warmer things out of storage soon, since it's wintertime and all that, but it's hard to budget time for digging out sweaters in this weather.

Looking forward to some Vegas pics and stories too. When I saw the 'Vegas drunk lawyer' thread this morning I was glad to find out it wasn't a story about one of our guys.

Time for more coffee and then it's another day of learning how to do new things.

Woke up to about an inch of snow maybe a little more than an inch, only our second snow of the year and the first came in the beginning-middle of December. And that snow was maybe 2 inches and all melted by 9am.

Have a good one everyone and if the roads are bad where you live be careful.

Today has to be more productive then yesterday. Yesterday I went to the gym and then laid down on my couch to watch The L Word off of the Tivo and never made it off of my couch.

Just a day of work planned today.

We may get out of the deep freeze today. Highs forecast above zero. We haven't been above zero for 5 days now.
Still only about an inch of snow on the ground though. :(

Regular day planned - BB practice after school, then reffing a girls game after that.

I'm up early after a really long day & late night yesterday, but since the XM is working in the hotel room without having to hook up the antenna, I have the headphones on as I try to not type at my normal volume & wake The Bitch :D

Out trip to the Grand Canyon yesterday was a boring 3 hours bus ride followed by 4 hours of breath-taking fascination (and another 3 hours of bus riding hell) We went to an Indian reservation & since they make their own rules, no railings - it was kinda scary to walk 3 feet from the edge of a 4000 ft drop |thumb

Linkster had a little party in his suite last night, so we hung there with what seemed to be anyone attached to NS Cash :D Ramster, DrB, tart, Holly, Kinky, The MaryLou's, NS Sean & a couple more. Good time (and thanks again Linkster)

No major plans for today - I might go watch the poker thing as I hear there's no one checking badges at the door for that :D

Good morning all! Glad all you people in Vegas are warm and toasty. Once again we lost power between 4 and 5 am, but thankfully it is back up now. I'm crossing my fingers that it is staying up. We are seriously considering a generator. I have to run a few errands, and MadHatter has a dentist appointment, then I have to go out to my 36 degree garage and make up a soap order. brrrr, lol.

Morning.... GREAT impromptu party in Linkster's room last night.. nice group of board members in attendance and a few lurkers.. We had a great and laughable time at Bingo with the Lous yesterday and tart won 10.00 |bananna|

Saw some awesome pictures of the Grand Canyon trip -- and some funny but stinky stories... *flashing eyez at Murray*..

After packing our bags and leaving for the Real World Las Vegas-- RugDawg realized that he'd forgotten one very imporant piece of equipment.. his PSP. Tart retrieved it for him and we showed up at the hotel just in time to see TPat.
