"Chaldoray" (a user of this board), is Stealing our Copywritten Images, and our Banners to promote other Affiliate programs AGAIN, oh yeah thats right AGAIN, I thought we had resolved this issue with this guy last month (you know the same guy that we gave a second chance and the same guy that asked us for free Tickets to Internext), however I guess he didnt take it seriously when I warned him the first time, than he took us for the fool by doing it AGAIN, oh Alysha.... Thats our Attorney, she will be dealing with this ass clown moving forward.

I got sucked in and helped him a few months back...

had a button made for his TGP and had started to do gallery approvals for his tgp for a few days - in exchange for ad space on the tgp etc... but a few days into it and hours of my work later - I went to log on to the tgp admin area one morning to do more gallery reviews/approvals and the whole friggen tgp was GONE... he'd purged everything and was using the domain in a totally different way - - - without any communication with me or warning etc...

normally I would NEVER mention in a public forum something related to a work project I had going in private with someone... but - - - on the automated gallery approval letters and elsewhere on his old tgp my BellsDirectory.com and my name were mentioned here and there - - - and I don't want anyone to mistakenly think I had anything to do with the underhanded things that he's doing that are now coming to light..
I am not surprised that he's still doing things he shouldn't...
but I did NOT know about any of them - while I was working on the tgp project with him...



he claims to be an 18 year old - and that's his excuse for asking so many questions and wanting help... but I've watched him on several boards and he's playing allot of people... I wonder if he's using more than one nickname on the boards ??

in any event I am NOT associated with him...
I do not endorse anything he's involved in...
I hope that I have found all instances of where I had mentioned him or his sites anywhere on my projects and have removed those... they should all be removed... I think they are...

live and learn... I won't be going out of my way to help a new webmaster like that - to that degree - again - - - without more investigation first... I had even paid a designer to make his button for his tgp because I'm not a graphics person and chaldoray seemed so enthusiastic and fresh and full of energy - I wanted to help him... - it was a mistake...

He responded to our initial email (not sure if our Attorney has contacted him yet or not), he responded to our 1 email with 3, all very appolagetic (just like the last time), however he did remove our content and we will move forward from here.

It's too bad, because I think all business models need new people and new concepts in order to move forward with innovative ideas, new outlooks and minds generally bring great things, than you have an instance such as this one, where you have a New person, that may very well want to do well, have a few good ideas (or may have some in the near future), and they get tied up making wrong decisions that stunt their ability to grow in our industry... So Sad.

I think it's nice that so many people did try to help the guy when he asked for your help, before turning out to be a cheater. I also hope that this hasn't shattered your trust in newbies, after all, there's always some spoiled fruit in any heap...

Hehe, I know that feeling all too well... That's why I usually don't show them any examples, but rather try to explain stuff to them in such ways that leaves room for them to come up with their own solutions. Oftentimes it confuses them and sometimes it helps them gain insight and innovate, but they can never accuse me of not being helpful :D

I understand that anyone can mix sponsor content and banners once - there is so much of free sponsor content that you must be extra careful not to mix them in your HD.

Chlamydia, errr I mean Chaldoray either is one of the biggest idiots to come through here in awhile or he is just seeking attention. How else can doing the same dumb ass mistakes over and over again and them keep on making new threads asking us to look at his stuff?

I think there's no connection. The Modus Operandi and html coding style seems different to me.
