Good Radio Show Tuesday (I Think)

My number 1 son, without a car for over a month now called me last night and told me he needed a ride to work. Why don't I just buy him a car, you might ask??? Because he will be 26 in a week and has yet to have any credit. I believe it is time to buy his own good car where he needs a loan. He drives over 2 hours to work and back each day. He doesn't need another $2000 car. (Just Venting) :) Anyway, I am picking him up at about 9 this morning and should be back around noon.

The radio show is on schedule but I know Greenie isn't feeling well so we may not do it tonight.

Got the news yesterday that my partner's wife was stuck in Montreal. She's a Canadian citizen who was traveling on a green card. She's 61 been in the US since she was 18 years old. On her 5th husband. So at 2pm yesterday she was scrambling to get across the border before the passport requirement kicked in. Given her very vocal support of that Asshole in DC and a huge supporter of the border wall.. I was extremely unhelpful during her panic'd phone call except to tell her to hop the train from YUL to NYC and fly home from there.

Still playing catchup after the last two weeks of company so get prepared for some submits into the various admins who accept tartolly FS. :D

Nice morning so far. Woke up too early so had some coffee and watched 24 from last night. I only started following the series last year so I didn't know who Jack's brother was until last night. And I didn't know who Jack's father was until the previews of next week's show, so I was thinking his dad was the guy talking to Abu Fayed. I may need to add those earlier seasons to my Netflix queue so I have a better set of clues to work with.

Well, I am back from that ordeal. I asked the boy how he was getting home and he asked me if 3:00 was good for me. I told him there was no good time for me to drive there but I would be there.

Out of everyone, you would think all my children would know that what we do is a real job with real work hours. I have bitched about that to them about other people for the past 11 years.

Nothing new here, just a day of regular old boring work planned. Hope everyone has a great day.

My wife has yet to learn that one, everyone for that matter. I am 99% of the time more than glad to help people out, and because everyone else is at work in the middle of the day I am always the one called.

I really think most people think all I do is sit at home all day and play on the computer. When I start getting bitched at by the wife for working too much I always give her the same speech about how does she think all these checks come in the mail, you think they just send them to me becaue I'm a cool guy?

Good Morning All

Feeling MUCH better today after a full nights sleep and antibiotics to help calm the infection on my neck. The dr. also drained out some of the puss (YUCCH) so it doesn't feel like my neck is going to explode anymore. It is amazing what a difference 24 hours can make. :D

Today I'm doing more work on theredcherry.com dividing up categories, moving sites around.

All you php geeks, since I work in my admin, is there a way to change things using a wildcard? I tried doing something like these examples:

but it doesn't work. Also how do you use the term LIKE instead of the equal sign? Someday, I need to take classes in sql and php. I hate having to edit the suckers 30 at a time, that gets old when I could batch edit much faster.
