The title says it, the form is back up.

Looks like they've removed more sites from the index too - looks very sparse.

No sites were removed as such... It is an old static backup that replaced the index. It still needs a lot of work... :)

but it is very hard to get in ther ,
there is a manual moderation of all the sites submitted and if there is a new content it is added so its not that easy anymore .
