Google bug ?!

I see some pages with high google pr. I have myself a page with pr 4, that last week was pr 0: http://newxwave.com/free/pills/
And i also have a gallery with pr 4. I think is quite strange.

Is this a bug ?! Or is just because i deserve that rank ?! :)
