Two results in a row?
 

I have been wondering for a while what causes Google to sometimes show two results in a row from the same domain/site. For example, say you searched for Free Porn, and on the results page maybe a site gets two listings in a row. Anyone know what causes that or how we can score a double listing like that? :D

If they are the same page, is one of them www.domain.com and the other domain.com? That is possible depending on the structure of the inbound links and internal linking.
Or
If they are two seperate pages, they just happen to have what it takes. I read somewhere long time ago that you won't get a 3rd page listed in that serp due to spam control. Not sure how accurate that article was but it seems to hold true.

If youre talking about the indented second result - its because of the ranking algo that just made that other page good enough to outweigh all others - which can be from the exact same base domain

Note that if you get the top result on some keywords you can have as many as 6 or 7 pages listed under the primary listing as other pages from the same site :)

I can remember ranking very well for "big cocks" but my Gay Big Cock page was 1st & then normal Big Cock page was indented - I have to assume a few surfers were confused if they clicked the top link :D

Thanks Linkster! Yep, that is what I was talking about. In fact the other day, I saw a listing that had 6-7 small links under the 1 main listing like you are talking about. That must be nice to have. I had actually saw GG had 2 listings today for a term i also rank on, and was just wondering howcome he got 2 and i only got 1. :)

They probably lost their boner when they got to gay big cocks instead of straight big cocks, but on the bright side, a lot of gay guys will probably have been happy
