Hey devilthreads,

When changing hosts, I usually get my site set up on the new server before switching things over.

It can take time for the switch to propagate throughout the Internet so you may want to leave the old site up for a few days after the switch.

Good luck...:)

SF

I switched awhile ago to www.Moniker.com . Better tech help than godaddy. They are more adult orientated as well.

devilthreads, what kind of problems did Godaddy give you? I have a ton of domains with them, I'd hate domain registrar problems :(

devilthreads 2007-02-28 11:12 AM

hosting problems, not domain problems, their hosting is cheap but it just flat out sucks, it would be allright if it was just a normal site but the more technical you try to get the more problems you run into. at least for me. i switched to webair and had a few problems, but they were probably my fault, their definately 100 times better and support is better too.
