Having server in canada?

Hello everyone.

I would like to know if some of you own server in canada and what's the law about adult hosting with it?

can anyone share some experience with that?

I know the laws are slacker here as the religious right has less influence, but last time I checked the prices were high. That may have changed though.

Hosting in Canada will help when it comes to the US laws, that's about it. You're Canadian, servers are in Canada so the US really have no jurisdiction on you. What else you want to know?
