Opinions on the Best Image Plugin for WP?

I ws wondering what people thought was the best possible way to handle inputting images into a blog?

The ideal plugin would be able to browse a directory of images, either ondisk and online, upload the image, then let the image be resized, cropped, and renamed.

As it is now, the best solution I can come up with involves using an image editor to crop and resize.

Brian at colo found this for me when he was working on my blog : http://familypress.net/photopress/

It is simple and will resize images.

Personally, I use the Snipshot extension for Firefox. https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/4571/

It allows me to right-click on a photo and crop, resize, enhance etc right online. Then I save it to my blog uploads folder.

I find it very handy when looking at hosted galleries and picking out a photo I want to include in my posts...

As a alternative you can also do everything within one program called blog post builder:
http://www.blogpostbuilder.com/
It allows you to choose one or more images from a online gallery (or from your harddisk), resize and/or crop these images, put these in a blog post template, enter your blog post text/links and press the Post button to upload everything including images to your blog software. Handy! :)

That blog post builder tool is fairly nice, actually - I had a minor problem with setting permissions for uploading at first, but otherwise it's done exactly what I wanted it to do, plus a lot more.

Not a plugin, but a standalone post creator with decent image handling, including good previews of the images while browsing, resizeing, cropping, and renaming the image, and you can write the text accompanying the image at the same time.

And control multiple blogs. not bad for free.
